Shipping:

Order Confirmation

Confirmation Email:
   - You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, indicating we have received it and pre-authorized your credit card.
   - We will contact our suppliers to confirm item availability for immediate shipment.

Stock Availability:
   - If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
   - If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Processing Time:
   - Orders in stock will ship within five business days after processing charges to your credit card.

Tracking Information:
   - Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
   - If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at orders@zerorims.com.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Free Shipping:
   - Free standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping Rates (Outside the US):
   - Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on weight and destination and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates:
   - Standard shipping within the US: 10 to 15 business days.
   - Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost.

International Shipping:

   - We offer international shipping to many countries. Rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
   - Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their orders.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

Changes to Orders:
   - For order changes, contact us at orders@zerorims.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request before processing the order.

Order Cancellations:
   - Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee.
   - If the order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
   - Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Delivery Issues:

Damaged Items in Transit:
   - If your order is damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and rims. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
   - Zero Rims is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered. We will provide delivery details for the customer to investigate.
